"Peace of Mind with awesome Vincent Chuah" We are always dreaded having the idea of renovating...but we have to as our flat is of 20 years old, everything is going to south...my gal is grown up and needed a space which suits her current need. But with so many bad and even horror news/experiences we heard from media, friends that going into renovation is like betting on "heng" or "suay". To us, a good ID of course is trustworthy, will not jump ship half way, open for communication, patience, resourceful and respectful....Thus when our friend recommend Vincent, you know for them to recommend someone, this guy must be very capable and must have able to meet their extremely high expectation. And subsequently it proves, working with him is sort of breeze to us. If only we can upload our before/after photos and this will show how good is Vincent. He has changed our house from a very worn and outdated design into a 'head-turner'. We are so glad that our friend recommendation and it is a very smooth (sometime fun) journey with him, we could not thank him so much for going all out to help us have such a beautiful house, we are a very proud homeowner now. Design-4-Space should keep him at all costs.

Lance was introduced to me by a fellow friend/neighbour. First impression of him was a very friendly and professional ID who gave many ideas during our initial meetup on zoom (covid times). We ended up choosing him because the quotation was reasonable and we loved the ideas he gave. He was very helpful throughout - choosing of tiles/materials/furniture etc. The renovation went relatively smooth and the process was really fast even though we all know things tend to be a little slower these days due to covid. Timely updates was given to us, so there was really nothing much to worry about during the entire process. There were some defects spotted during the renovation but Lance was always quick to address & rectify them fast. I’ve never met someone as patient as him, and Lance is someone who is very approachable. He replies to your messages and questions at an amazing speed as well, even if I were to text him at really late hours. We have since concluded renovation and I’m more than satisfied with my new place. Will 100% recommend Lance if you are looking for someone responsible, helpful and patient.

Great Experience - Vincent Chuah Looking at the good reviews of design 4 space, we had already decided to engage them for the renovation of our house. When it came to selecting ID,I read few reviews online and kept coming across one name many times- Vincent. Looking at all the good reviews ,I decided to make an appointment and it didn’t take me long to realize why so many people have shown faith in Vincent when it comes to getting their dream house renovated. From the very first meeting,It wasn’t hard to realize that he is very professional and highly knowledgeable .He is very patient and he listens and understands your requirement fully before coming with ideas/solution. We had numerous meetings with him during the course of our renovation work and he always greeted us with smile and listened to our concerns patiently. Our renovation work was rather extensive and involved a lot of hacking work and carpentry work. He has great ideas, innovative design and out of box thinking.I was amazed how he managed to access the situation and come up with various solutions on the spot during renovation work. He provided us with the work schedule before starting the renovation work and he was very punctual in following the timeline even though covid had already started to effect and disrupt things. He even managed to entertain our request and handed over the apartment 2 weeks before the scheduled completion. We had a very pleasant and fulfilling experience and like so many others we highly recommend his work and services.

We engaged Lance Lau from Design 4 Space (TPY Branch) during one of Hitcheed roadshow. Honestly speaking, there is no such thing as a perfect ID as we met with some hiccups during the early stage of our reno journey. However, Lance is quick to rectify the issues and resolve it in a professional manner which regains our confidence in continuing our reno journey with him. We are comfortable with the way he handle things and we can feel assured to leave our new home for him to handle all the planning and logsitics matter. He is also able to meet our requirement date and complete the whole renovation without compromising on the workmanship. A big shout out to Geralyn Ng (Payalebar) from Design4space for the fantastic job done for our new Condo! To start off, Geralyn is a patient and meticulous designer and is very professional in what she does. She has got a vast knowledge on all the renovation works. I am very glad we engaged the right ID for our new home. After reviewing her past portfolios, we found out that the concept and theme she does best suits us. She was able to make sure the whole project was completed on time with all the work done almost perfectly. Quotation done up is in a very detailed and itemized manner, there were no hidden costs. She is very transparent in what she does and how she does it. As we were engaging an ID for the first time, we had many worries and questions in everything. With Geralyn being so patient, she was able to consider all our views and demands. The most impressive point is that she can hand sketch the design easily and was able to incorporate our changes in design. We have also heard of many not so pleasant stories about renovations but with Geralyn managing and overseeing our whole renovation was easy and dream come true. She used to send us timely updates with pictures on whatever works done in a regular basis. The whole renovation was seamless and hassle free. I want to take this opportunity to thank you our ID Jasper & Design for space team to have done up such an excellent renovation work for my house . It has functional space yet comfortable which our whole family now finds great pleasure in residing in. We wanted to revamp our condo , redid our kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedroom, carved out the unity room into a dry kitchen with an island , renovated the living room with featured wall. We had looked up for several ID company until we decided to engage Jasper Lee from Design for space. The reason for using Jasper as our ID because he was the first of the many IDs who responded & made a graphic presentation of my requirements during our first meeting. We also saw good positive review from other home owners that the price is reasonable , quality of work is good & interior design is superb. He came out with the quotation within 3 days of our budgets & we had our 2nd meeting on that same week. We were very impressed with his efficiency & the interior design too. Jasper’s proposal & 3D drawing were impressive & we were very satisfied. The best part of the design is the open concept dry & wet kitchen with an island & the walk in closet for the MBR. The kitchen’s design is modern , layout is practical, has sufficient storage space & countertop space. The walk in closet is amazing too, super functional & trendy. Awesome!!! It is always the whole family’s dream to have an island , dry & wet kitchen & Jasper had made our dream come true. Excellent design!! That starts our renovation journey. Jasper had been very patient & accommodating to revision and provided his experience when choosing between different options. He is an experienced & responsible & responsive ID . He will give us advice on the colour theme for the bedroom & other furniture. He will provide regular updates on the progress of the renovation by what’s app. The most important is that we feel really comfortable and easy to communicate with him without problems. So it is important to pick the right person to save a lot of your time and cost. Lastly, he is able to meet our deadlines & ensured that the completion is within the given tight time frame . Very pleased with the service by our ID Geralyn. She was very patient with us when we request changes, listens to understand our needs and gives good ideas. She's always very prompt with her replies and is very committed to ensure we are satisfied with the end result. After completion of the renovation, there was no drop in service level and she gave good follow up to ensure all issues were resolved.
