My wife and i were looking to renovate our new bto and we came across Starry Homestead. It is one of the well-known ID firms in singapore so we decided to hear what they had to offer. Our ID is Jason and ultimately, we were won over by his knowledge, the design he provided us and his sincerity. We knew that we were in good hands. Jason is very responsive and active in contacting us in all the stages of the renovation. The advices and design input he provided allowed us to have a better view of what we want for our house. He is also not pushy and give us ample time to make our decisions. Even though we made a lot of changes, he is very patient and understood our requests very clearly. During the renovation stages, Starry Homestead provided a group of very professional and experienced team to do the renovation. Jason also regularly helped us to monitor the progress so we did not have to worry so much. Overall, we are very glad to have chosen Starry Homestead for our renovation and Jason as our id for our renovation journey. I highly recommend Jason and Starry Homestead if you are looking for a worry-free and smooth renovation.

Despite my budget is only 5k-6k, Danson was the ID that 1st to respond (despite other ID firms are not even responding) and an excellent ID to work with, very responsive and advise on me which area to improve on my currently house situation and what are the repair can do it later when im more finanicial ready. He even at site to collect and check through all the item i bought from 3rd party even not under he scope. Whole kitchen was fully renovated within 2 weeks!! im super happy with the progress and workmanship. Is beyond my expectation when he told me around 3 weeks to complete. Best of all, after 3 months , Danson even personally make a call to me , to check everything is in good condition and anything he can help on. I feel very grateful to have him as my ID and wishing him all the best for his passion as an IDs. Good job Starry Homestead. We engaged Starry Homestead's Danson for its reputable interior design firm which won a couple of awards. The entire renovation process spans across a couple of months as we do have a particular timeline for him to handover. He was pretty cool with it as well. For a novice in this domain, he was professional in giving us the technical advice and recommend us different alternatives. As any indecisive owner, Danson would provide his suggestion for us to make and we took his recommendation into consideration. There were constantly a couple of changes on my side, and for that, it caused a delay in subsequent renovation works. However, Danson was always understanding, patient, and helpful in assisting us. For that, we were very thankful of his understanding and patient. The workmanship quality done surpasses my expectations. However, there were some inevitable minor flaws here and there that Danson agreed readily to fix it. I would honestly recommend Danson to anyone else.

We would like to thank Nicky Ng from Starry Homestead for the great renovation work for my house. Our house is an old (30 year +) HDB flat which requres a lot of works, and Nicky provided us a hassle free experience. Nicky is quite detailed and experienced, able to fullfill our requirement, provide advise and resolve issues immediately. Nicky is also patient and helpful, along the way we have many queries and changes, and she's able to respond quickly, the communication with her is quite comfortable. 10/10 for her customer service skill! Overall the experience is smooth, the work is solid and the customer service is excellent.

It was a wonderful experience working with both IDs. Angeline is a newbie so together with her mentor Johnny Tan, they work together in design. They gave good ideas and willing to listen to our ideas. Very organized in our meetups for discussion. As we stayed in the house throughout one month renovation, they scheduled the different stages of Reno nicely. They followed the Renovation tightly and update us. Overall, I love the transformed house.
